This train the trainer session uses interactive activities to teach the principles of respect and responsibility. Through the use of activities, games, and role playing participants learn how to accept responsibility and value others.

"R & R in the Workplace" has proven successful in creating better work environments for blue and white collar workers, school teachers, entrepreneurs, and low-income audiences. Past program participants include: utility companies, school systems, poultry processing plants, canneries, office personnel, entrepreneurs, and TANF clientele.
