Regional Representatives

Duties of NACDEP Regional Representatives:

• Serve as a NACDEP Board member and attend Board meetings.
  
• Be available to be a NACDEP committee member and attend committee meetings.
  
• Serve as a liaison between the Board and the regional membership. Represent regional members at Board meetings. Encourage participation and solicit ideas from regional membership.
  
• Communicate with the Regional Rural Development Centers regarding Extension, Research, and professional development programs.
  
• Communicate with stakeholders about Extension community development programs.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct regional meetings at the NACDEP national conference.
  
• Communicate NACDEP and Extension community development information with Extension Directors.
  
• Facilitate communications among members in the region.
  
• Serve as a resource for NACDEP committees and for regional members.
  
• Communicate with other JCEP associations in the region.
